WOSTEP Foundation is entrusted with educating and training the next generation of technical staff for the Swiss watch customer service sector. A WOSTEP certification is recognised by employers from all around the world and is seen as an indication of technical skill and a testament to a solid education.
WOSTEP offers various programs in two main fields of customer service; watch repair and polishing (watch-cases and bracelets).
Our training programs encompass the vast scope of profiles necessary for our industry watch repairers, brand trainers, school instructors, retail and customer service staff, polishers and specialisations.
